According to the news, high speed trains will start running in Shenyang, Harbin, Changchun and Dalian at 09:00, December 1, 2012. The new high speed train schedule will take effect from December 2. After the new speed train schedule takes effect, passengers can travel in Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Yinkou and Dalian by high speed trains. Here is the ticket information: CNY 285 for the second class, CNY 456 for the first class and CNY 513 for the special class.
