Do you think this canteen is over luxury for college students?

I am not sure how the college canteen looks like in foreign countries, but this one has luxury decoration compared to that of my university.

Shanxi is rich in coal, maybe coal bosses invest money in this university in order to provide their children a better living environment.

Who put their ads on the table? I can not figure out what their products are. The canteen is well designed. I am wondering how the food prices are. I am afraid that I can not afford to dine at such a canteen.
