The flat features a large living room with sofa and TV, big fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and big bathroom with shower, two sinks and huge mirror. There is a high-speed wi-fi internet included. The room includes aircon/heating + double bed with 2 blankets and 2 pillows + large desk, chair, night table + wardrobe. An ayi comes once a week to keep the apartment clean. Rent is 3,200 RMB / month excluding fees which are around 100 RMB per month. The contract is signed with no ending date, meaning that you can stay for as long as you want or only for couple of months. There are no agency fees and the deposit is two months rent.
