Answers needed IMA Package

guest36167 I have been waiting on a package that was shipped over 10 days ago and the tracking information has not updated since the 8th of December still telling me it was processed at a sort facility in Shanghai my tracking number is EE865384575CN I need some help on finding my package ASAP there are no numers available to contact anyone only by email and they seem to just ignore that method......So much for ordering things outside the US!!!!!!
