who knows how to get tourist visa of china if u r argentinian?

guest49193	hi guys, my bf is argentinian. he wants to visit me in china next feb. but we meet a lot of issues on this trip. they have dollar control policy recently. have to delare how he got dollars if i buy tikets frm here for him. but if he buy frm there with pesos will take more time and more complicated. but on embassy website, it says u have to provide the original and copy airline tickets before u apply the visa. so heres my question, can he find a travel agency to apply tourist visa for him? as i think in that case may dont need buy tikets before appling the visa. and after got visa i can buy tickets here for him. as on the embassy web of thailand ask chinese to prepare airline tikets before applying visa too. but dont need that if i find a travel angency to do that for me. as i did that before. so im wondering if it works there too. is there anyone who knows it? thx a lot.
