how to buy wholesale

Hi.
I'm coming to Guangzhou wholesale market next week and I was wondering how to buy since I don't have mine own warehouse/car to pick up.

If i dont want agent to be with me, should I just choose products,pay 30% advance and send it to mine agent's warehouse? that's how it is done?
