guest60182 CAN I APPLY FOR CHINA VISA AGAIN HERE IN THE PHILS. IF I OVERSTAYED IN CHINA IN MY LAST VISIT? I PAID FOR PENALTY FOR MY OVERSTAY BEFORE I GET BACK HERE IN THE PHILS. AND NOW PLANNING TO APPLY CHINA VISA AGAIN. IM A KENYAN NATIONAL. PLS. HELP. TNX

GUESTABRAHAM Hi, you can just submit your application to consular office again with required documents. It is not serious if you paid the penalty and exit China with visa. If possible, you can use an agency for processing.

GUEST21644 It is possible to be reapply for another visa. Do make sure that your finds are paid, if this was not the case, you will have to make a visit in person for your visa. Depdending on where you live, will determine which Chinese consulate you are required to have your paper work. If you need any assistance with the visa I can help.
