I can't get my tracking EE942229624CN. Now the seller says this:

"I am so sorry about this.
Because your destanation is remote place , if send by DHL , it spend $92.
So , we send you goods by EMS.
When i received your letter, i contact with the EMS company, they said all to goods from Guangzhou to Australia
, it need the buyer supply the electronic copy for ID- card. can you give it to me , so that you goods can move.

What is this Electronic copy for ID-Card she is talking about?

GUEST8035	Never heard that ID card is needed when sending EMS parcels. Were your goods kept by the customs? You should ask her where your good are. If an ID card is needed, it should be hers.
