If so, when she sent it. If possible, ask him/her to consult with the EMS website.

If it was sent on Dec. 8, you should have tracked it successfully on the EMS website. Sadly, I got nothing on the EMS website. I think you should ask the seller to consult with the China EMS and see what happened to your package.
