Thank you for your opinion. I think everyone thinks the same before buying anything from overseas, especially on costs. Why buy expensive things when you can buy cheaper locally? I do not have to worry about installation and fitting as I'm doing major house renovation. Even when I travel frequently to China, but I won't buy laptop or DSLR camera from China because I can buy cheaper locally.

I usually do local shopping at big stores where u can find what u need from high end and low end. Cost,quality and customer
service in that case are well balanced somehow...for those who have residential or commercial building projects and seeking the local building .material suppliers with dominant advantage in cost, quality and customer service, please drop me a line...before buying, wise way of shopping around takes time to filter the info for your best favor...if possible I would like to provide u short cut to reach what u want in building material...
