guest27780	I used to frequent May May, but they went out of business a few years ago. They were the only place I was able to find something that is delicious and I'm hoping someone can help me find it elsewhere. It's sold out of the refrigerated items case and it comes in two flavors. One is red and it is spicy and tastes strongly of roasted sesame. The other is brown and tastes of soy sauce and also roasted sesame. Both have a texture similar to little bits of tender meat. I know it is a form of tofu, but I have never seen it elsewhere. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or where I can find it? I am 20 minutes from Chinatown, NYC. TIA!
