After the boy sucked some, the teacher stopped him. When the boy's parent went to the kindergaten to verify this incident, the teacher tried to deny. But with the witness of other kids, she had to apologize in the end. We often heard this news recently that the teacher offened the kids in different way and all the teachers are only turned out from their working place and none of them were punished by law. In other side, many kids were killed or wounded by other accident, but the local officers only got a slight punishment. How they can so heartless to hurt those kids who have no abality to protect themselves. The kids should be the one who should be protected best.
