NEIL69 Points: Join Date: Jan 19, 2013 Status: offline	Last year I was convicted of cultivating cannabis, I was given a 4 months suspended sentence (first offence), the suspension expires 14.02.2013. I would dearly love to travel to Guangzhou in July / August of this year (2013) as my girlfriend lives there. Will I be able to obtain a visa for entry into China with this level of criminal record. I would appreciate any advice, I am going out of my mind thinking I may have blown my chance to visit! Neil

GUESTFIONA	Hi, you can try to apply for a tourist visa to China. So far as I know, it is less strict in processing.
