I have history of treated PTB, can I apply working visa in china?

I'm from Phillipines, I'm planning to work in china. I had my medical exams last July 2011 and i have diagnosed latent pulmonary tuberculosis. after 6 months of treatment & medication, the pulmunologist seen on my last x-ray that i have scarring on my upper right lungs. Can i apply for the z working visa with that conditions.

Are you fully recovered? People who suffer from communicable pulmonary tuberculosis are refused to enter China. If you are fully covered, you can enter China if you get your Z visa ready.
