express way no tolls at Chinese New Year

Chinese express way no tolls from 12PM , 9. Feb, 2013 until 12PM, 15.Feb,2013. The tolls always take a percentage around 40%（around USD0.075 per Km) of the total cost for the vehicles(60% the gasoline and other costs) on the express way. The overtime charge of express way is always complained by the drivers. But this never change the mind of the managers in the least. The tolls free also includes the ordinary highway and the express way to airport
