guest59130	I am an American who has just left the Shane English School in Li Yang China. I am not an angry employee, I'm trying to save someone from my experience. Un beknownst to me they hired me illegally, paperwork has been a nightmare. The main administrator, Fay rules with an iron and unfair fist and the owner could care less about his teachers. The statistics speak for themselves, since they opened 20 months ago, not one teacher's assistant, nor foreign teacher has been able to last for the length of their contract. I just resigned, and they will be looking for new teachers. There are plenty of opportunities in China without having to work there. The pay is great because they can't keep people. Don't be lured in....
