Someone suggested that the entrance fee should be raised from CNY 40 to CNY 55. In fact, the entrance fee to the Xian City wall has been raised several times. Originally, the entrance fee was just CNY 10. According to the Xian City Wall Administrative Committee, the entrance fee will increase from CNY 40 to CNY 54 from July 1, 2013.
