How to start an activity team for expats and local residence in Qingdao?

I am a residence in Qingdao but not sure how to organize a nice activity and entertainment team for people who likes to have a nice talk, drink and dance together.

Any advice?
I want to make a team for happy and positive friends, for expats and locals to share life opinions and have a nice time together.

GUEST27198 I go to English Corner to meet new friends. One in 3G coffee shop on Donghai Lu is good Sunday 2pm. Small and friendly. Others too many students! Hope to meet you!
