Do you know what does “屌丝”mean in China?

This term is now very popular in China. Can anyone suggest a proper English translation for it?

What listed on the following form are the new standards of "屌丝" in 2013. I have to say I am one of them.

I am curious 'is there an equivalent in English?' Someone says 'loser' has the same meaning. I can't agree. How can a loser have money to buy a car and drink liquor and beer?

I think the word "loser" is over, maybe "ordinary" is closer to its meaning.

Ordinary? If those who meet the requirements are ordinary, then I must not be ordinary. I don't have a car. I don't drink and smoke. I don't get annual bonus as much as he can. I feel that I am a loser.
