Hi, I don't know the wedding items in Guangzhou. But i do know one city named Suzhou which is close to Shanghai.. You can find wedding dresses& night dresses and some wedding items there. There is a wedding street and many shops sell these kind of items. Most of wedding dresses in China are produced in that town. Just as my advice, might you should go there and have a look. I believe it's worth for your trip.
