It is reported that six foreigners pee together on the overhead viaduct in Shanghai. Till now, no one knows where they come from. Do they really have great urgency?

Traffic jam occurs more often in big cities like Shanghai. "It is usual that cars or buses are jammed on the viaduct for one or two hours.", according to a netizen.

Well, I don't see traffic jam from the picture. Maybe, they really have urgency.
