Wenshan to Bama

I'm planning a trip through southern Yunnan and Guangxi. Plan is to go from Xishuangbanna-Wenshan(Puzhen Ai, baimei villages)- Bama Region and end up in Nanning. Are there busses in the region between Wenshan and Bama that I could take? And then from there to Nanning? Also how long would it take? And if people have been what would you recommend seeing? Thanks!
