| guest55200 | hi im african and have been working in china for 2 years on a Z visa. Its going to expire soon. As Im married to Chinese national, what is the procedure of converting Z to L visa? |

| GUEST14519 | you can very easily obtain a resident marriage Visa, just go the city you are living in, Main Police Department with your Visa, marriage license, residency location, your wife's info. You will have to return to pickup your Passport/visa in a week, good for one year, multiple entry. After two years you can get a two year resident visa but you will need a physical from the hospital in China for the two year visa. It really is not a lot of work and well worth it. I am an American now living with my Chinese wife in Hainan, Dongfang. Been through it all ! GOOD LUCK ! |

| GUEST45684 | I am in China on a Z visa. My employment will soon end and I will return to America. I need to return in August, and again several times over the coming year. Can I get and L visa issued to me now, while I am in Beijing? I would like to get it switched before leaving at the end of May. Thanks. Jo |
