Hi I'm a little uncertain of your reply regarding my advert for English teachers jobs. I am an individual seeking a job and it seems you are looking to invest in companies rather than individual people.....if I can help you and you have a job available I would of course be interested in hearing from yourself...
Best regards,
Jason

You need a job offer first. The job must be offered by an establishment registered with the government to employ foreigners. Only such an employer can issue a Z visa which you need to work legally. To qualify for a legal job you will need:
At least bachelors degree
TEFL or equivalent
2 years teaching experience
Lower qualifications may be sufficient in less desirable locations.
