Teaching job in which of these cities and schools

guestShane888	Dear forum users I am looking for advice about teaching in either Kunming Yunnan province or Chengdu Sichuan province. I have seen job advertisements and the schools which have gained my attention are New Oriental and Meten which I believe are franchises or I could be wrong. I would like to know anyone's experience working for either one of these schools in those cities. I am an experienced ESL teacher who is educated from abroad but I will be very frank I need to learn more in the education sector and improve my teaching methods. Despite being a native speaker and having numerous years of experience in China I am looking to work in an environment which will help me grow because currently I am in a great job but after a few years I feel I have got as much out of it as possible and feel now perhaps I need to move on. I wouldn’t say I am not a good teacher but I definitely need to be in an environment and around professionals who are willing to guide and point me in the right direction because I want to do things right for myself and students. I would appreciate any advice you may have to offer as I am just looking from advice from other forum users who may be able to sympathise. Thank you
