I am traveling to Yiwu and then Shanghai. I have some of Chinese to English translation apps on my phone in case I need to translate something (bet there will be a lot) but for them to work they need access to internet.
What would be my best bet?
Should I get Chinese SIM card in my phone?
What would be the cheapest one?

Yes, you can buy a Chinese sim card and enjoy the internet access. There are three telecom operators, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom. They have different kinds of service packages.
