Type L Visa and criminal record

I have a 2002 felony conviction and since been clean. I am about to apply for a Type L Visa, and was wondering if anyone on the forum has checked "No" and gotten approved?

I have read all of the threads so far, and still trying to gather more intel.

GUEST6565 Better say "No" in the form if you want to get your L visa. If you say yes, you may have some trouble and fail to get it.
