Hi. My name is Terry and I was in Shanghai during Chinese new years in February. I saw they practice Tia Chi in the park near the Bund. I am going to be going back to Shanghai in June. When you get there, check out the bund in the morning, you might find hat you want.

Nearly every parks in Shanghai during 6-8am :)
