Yellow River Stone Forest - need advice

Hello All,
I was amazed by the wonderful photos of the Yellow River Stone Forest here flickr.com/photos/… and here …wordpress.com/tag/longwan-village/.
After doing many searches, I was still very confused about the way to visit this site.
I only know that we need to go to Baiyin City, but from Baiyin City how to get to the stone forest and the Longwan village? I plan to spend 1 night there, is it sufficient? And what is the best way to discover all the intersting sights in this park?
Please share with me your travelling experience about this amazing place.

GUEST6T34 There is a regular bus from Baiyin to Yellow River Stone Forest. It departs at 16:00.
