Shaanxi people love noodles very much. What are noodles made of? Wheat flour. It is used to make not only noodles but also vivid figures. Locals in Heyang County of Weinan City are very good at making wheat-flour made figures. Wheat-flour in their hands can turn into birds, flours, lovely kids and many other kinds of figures.

Wheat-flour made figures are edible. At the same time, they are sent as presents on some important occasions, such as wedding, celebration for full-month babies, funerals and traditional Chinese festivals.
