How could a goldfish appear in a coke bottle?

It's really disgusting! The diameter of the bottle neck is 2.5 cm wide. The gold fish is about 3-4 cm wide and 6-7 cm long. How could it appear in the bottle? Did someone keep a goldfish in the bottle? PS: the goldfish was dead long ago. It wasn't Mrs. Wen who put it in the bottle. The manufactured date of the coke is April 22, 2013.
