I would like to have my bikes leased out to people who would like to explore the city for fun with bicycle riding. I'm often asked with the following questions. Are my bikes and my guiding services offered with charge? Yes. 60 yuan \day\bike (which equals $10/day) babyseats, helmets, N95, intercoms, are optional and free. Guiding service costs 300yuan/day ($50/day) Is it risky riding in Xi'an? In several streets of the city, yes. That's why we follow the route where there are bicycle tracks that poeple ride safe. It's one of my skills to design different routes leading to different target places. Is the environment bad in Xi'an? Well. the economy is no good now, we have blue sky for more than sometimes.(I've been in this city for like 30 years. I believe the environment is getting better and close to how good it used to be when I was like five.) Is "James and his bikes" like some kind of bike rental shops? No,it is not. My bikes are kept well in an apartment near where I live which at same time offers a space for my family and friends to keep their bikes. I live in a residental area in the central part of Xi'an. I meet up with my clients at places easy to be found and lead them to my bikes. (shop rent is now crazy in China, The ridiculously expensive store rent will make my bikes unaffordable to most tourists. for example: the single bike on the city wall is 60yuan/hour.) You will enjoy a very special trip which you can't enjoy with other vehicle .At same time get special achievement which others can't .
