Best Place to Visit in the Philippines?

Hello everyone.

I already have once visited the Philippines but it was just in Cebu. It was an awesome place with great people. I am planning to go back.

It will probably be around the last quarter of this year. What place would you recommend as the best place to stay in Philippines and just have a vacation and relax? Well, given it is a place other than Cebu.
