Plan to buy apartment in Shenzhen

Hello,

I am interested in buying an apartment in SZ, not sure which location I should start to look. I would be interested in apartment in the range of 250,000 to 350,000 RMB. I have heard some bad experience from people buying apartments in SZ, mainly dealing with developer and management companies making promises that they did not follow through.

Also would be interested to know about the secondary market.

Any suggestions.

Where would you like to buy the apartment? In downtown area or the suburban area?

The apartment price in Shenzhen is rather high compare to that of other cities with the average rate of around 6,500 Yuan per sq.m.

I am open to suggestions on which area I should look.
Is Futian district consider downtown. It should be in a reasonably safe neighborhood, and not too expensive.

I would rather suggest you not buy anything you can not take it with you before at least knowing it.
