The balcony is attached outside that room. Facing south, full of sunshine during daytime. - All the furniture and electrical equipment are ready for you. TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven and water dispenser. - 24x7 hot water and elevator. - Well maintained environment; full of green plants; an inner park with pool, sand swing area and pavilion; electromagnetic induction door for the front and each unit's gate. 24x7 security guard and patrol. - A Chinese supermarket is just across the street outside the community. Lotte Mart is 3 bus stops away. Subway Line 14 is about 1 minute walk, which will be open late this year or early next year. - There is a food street, full of Chinese and foreign restaurants, cafe and bars, only 2 bus stops (about 1km) from the community. - Walk to 798, 20RMB for taxi to Sanlitun or Solana.
