American to relocate
Aug 11, 2013 11:59
guest20215 I am an American with five years of experience in international high tech sales to the enterprise. I am very interested in relocating to China and have a strong desire to learn Mandarin but I want to remain in my field and not be an English teacher.

Can anyone recommend any resources for this or share experiences? Is it best to just move to Beijing and get a local number and start applying on a tourist visa or will that prove futile?

I know there is demand for people in my position but I don't know how to gain exposure to the Chinese.

Thanks!!
