We live in Shandong province, Jining city, and like many other foreigners i'm still only on a tourist visa. I'm the legal representative in the company and i'm having trouble to find out wat to do to apply for the foreign experts certificate since the law changed and the foreign experts bureau here, never had a foreigner starting such business . Can anyone here tell me the proper steps to take and all the paperwork necessary to apply? I know I'll have to go to Jinan with the papers, but which papers are really the necessary ones? many thanks! gogo_guerra at hot mail dot com
