guest07221	I tried to apply for a spouse visa a couple of days ago here in Shenzhen, from then i'ved always avail 1 yr visa with a multiple entry without taking any medical examinations. When i applied for my renewal, everything is fine also in shenzhen but since the new rules need to tackle then there is a bit tricky side on it, they don't give a 1 yr visa for the spouse, if no medical examination , it will takes 15 working days to process since my passport is just 10 months left, and my visa will expired in 12 days immediately the officer inform me to have a 6 months multiple visa, but i need to present the Bank statement or passbook with a deposit amount of at least RMB 50,000 or an ownership of any property in shenzhen that my spouse have. That is the only tricky side of spouse visa base to the new rules. But then you can avail without presenting any bank statements or property ownership if you will go back to the hometown of your spouse in which he or she is naturally borne. Anyways this is just base to my own experienced. Just an observation if your unlucky that you will be in front of the officer that don't understand the proper thoughts of the new policy then it will bring into disaster as at the moment not all of them are fully equipped in understanding the new guidelines
