Hello! Is there a way i can travel from Shanghai to Hong Kong by train? Which rail lines and how much would it cost me?

GUEST5456 Yes, there is a direct train from Shanghai to Kowloon in HK. It departs at 18:20 every other day. You need to confirm with the railway station when the train for Kowloon departs. You can buy the tickets at the Shanghai-Hong Kong window. The ticket price is CNY 708 for soft sleeper, CNY 456 for hard sleeper and CNY 890 luxury soft sleeper.

It is said that a group of passengers (more than four people) get 50% discount on the ticket prices. So you might wait for some other people and buy the tickets together to save some money for you.
