Hi I am trying to track my parcel through EMS but the only message I am getting is 'No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking'. The tracking number is EE690193099CN. Many thanks.

GUEST3435 Sorry, I searched it on the EMS website and it just said "Sorry, no result found for your parcel temporarily." Did you get the right tracking number?
