| Ok, below are the recipe: 1. Tilapia fish, 2. Salt 3. Suger 4. Red spicy chilly 5. Garlic 6. Ginger slice 7. Oil 8. Vinegar Sorry I cant tell the accurate amoun of each ingredient, as I add them according to my taste. Cooking step: 1. Clean the fish and put some salt on the surface of the fish of both side and also inside the belly of the fish, 2. Put oil inside the pan until the oil is very hot, 3. Put the fish inside the hot oil, then turn the fire down, fry the fish until both side color become golden, 4. Put Ginger slice, garlic, red chilly inside the pan and stir them with the fish for 1-2 minutes, 5. Mix some suger, vinegar, water and soy sauce in one bowl, then pour it into the pan, cover the pan for 3 minutes, then you can enjoy the dilicious fish. Hope I made myself clear. |

| Haha, don't eat too much rice. Rice, flour and other main staples can make you gain weight easily. So does the pork. Eat more vegetables and fishes. |
