Ten years of working experience in different positions have offered me opportunities to understand different job aspects in the field of foreign trading. From Sep. 2010 till now, as the Overseas Sales Manager in Nanhai Microwave Communications Equipment Co., Ltd which main product is antennas for telecommunications using, I have learned how to build an effective sales team, led the team to solve problems and complete the company’s marketing programs and sales target. In the past 3 years, the foreign trade situation was not optimistic, but our team achieved a 20% sales increase every year. From Jul. 2007 till Aug. 2010, as a Regional Sales manager in Guangdong HighDream Intellectualized Machinery Co., Ltd. which is a leading manufacturer of Multihead Weighers in China and abroad, I have learned how to develop new customers from Alibaba.com, free of charge B2B platform and relative international industries’ website. I also have mastered the negotiation skills and known how to deal with customers face to face by attending the big international packing machine exhibitions in Shanghai, Russia, Germany & U.S.A. From Jan. 2005 to Jun. 2007, as the Sales Supervisor in A & I Industries Ltd. Shunde Foshan which main product is bicycle frame, I have learned how to carry out the RD procedure of the new OEM project, sample requiring and production process. I have gained solid knowledge of order receiving, following up process, and known how to find better way to solve problems or questions indicated by customers in time. From Aug. 2003 to Dec. 2004, as a Sales Assistant in the same company (A & I Industries Ltd. Shunde Foshan), I have learned how to handle international express business, how to keep the sample processing go on smooth, how to prepare the shipping documents. After 1year hard working, I already knew how to run the whole export procedure and got the opportunity to be a team leader. Four months later, I was prompted to be the Sales Supervisor.
