Trying to eat non-spicy food in Chengdu. Any recommendations from the board? Any good Western or Cantonese food in the city? Thanks

I think you shouldn't be interested in the KFC or Mcdonald's, right? What about the Pizza Hut?

Thanks for your input! I was not looking for fast foods. I shall stay at the big hotels for food & visit the locations that you have suggested.
