GYAP2000 Points: Join Date: Aug 31, 2013 Status: offline	Hi, I am moving to Harbin on October 16th 2013 to study Mandarin for one year at Harbin Normal University. I like to keep fit and have been Bodybuilding for about 10 years now and i'd like to stay in shape during my one year in Harbin. Does anyone know of any Gyms in Harbin close to Harbin Normal University? .... Preferably with Bodybuilding equipment. Thanks Gareth

GUEST99035	There are two campuses (Jiangbei and Hulan). Gyms can be found inside the campus. If you are on the Hulan campus, you can easily find it at the swimming gym.

I presume i will be on the older campus of the two. I have visited Harbin Normal University previously and this is where i stayed before!

Is Hulan the older campus?

Also are there any other private gyms that i can pay a joining fee and join upto incase i feel the university gym is not good enough?

GYAP2000,

I am complicated after searching on the internet. There are four campuses and they each have different names. According to the address, you will study at the older campus also called Jiangnan Campus.

According to the students of the university, there are no better gyms around the Jiangnan Campus. If you want to find some private ones, you need go to Lesong Square (乐松广场) or Hexing Mansion (和兴商厦) and you can find two around there.
