Am I being ripped off?

guest22884 I ordered shoes off of the website, newfootwear.com on Wednesday, September 25 and still havent received a tracking number or even a response for that matter. They said on my confirmation letter after I ordered my shoes to come to this website because I would receive my tracking number within 24-48 hours but no such luck. Am I being ripped off? Any help would be greatly appreciated. THank you
