I am from India and working in Shanghai and now i am inviting my wife with me in china. I planned to bring her on Tourist Visa and after reaching here in shanghai, we will convert in Family(S1) Visa. So i want to ask that, is it possible to convert from L to S1 visa, yes? If yes, then is it necessary to go to india back for S1 Visa or not. Can anyone give me all the listing of required document and full process of how to convert and get visa from First Step to Last Step with required forms also?
