Length of stay in M Visa

guestTeji I have a multiple entry M visa valid for 1 year. Every time I visit China, I can stay for 30 days. Is there any limit on the total number of days that I can stay in China during the 1-year validity of the visa? Somebody told me that I can only stay for a total of 90 days in one year on this visa. Thank you.

GUESTU894 From your words, I assume that the duration of each stay should be 30 days. To my understanding, you can enter China as you wish in one year before your visa expires (the validity is one year). However, you can just stay 30 days at most during each stay.

Using the M mult-entry visa, you only can stay 30days during every entry.

If you need stay over the 30days during each entry
you need make the residence permit for 1year.
It possible to get multy entry and you can stay longest till the permit expired.

GUEST67141 Hi You got the "M" type muti-entry for 1year visa with stay duration of each stay 30 days... right?

if yes, then it donsnt matter about limit of visits. you can make trips to china as much as you can with 30 days stay limit for everytime. with multi-entry visa, you even enter and exit china 10 times a day. just care about visa expiry date. you can't enter china after visa expiry date unless you obtain new visa.

Best regards,

Babar
