EMS HELP, WHERE IS PARCEL

guest49209 EE163680320ID this parcel apparently has arrived in Ireland Tuesday 22nd Oct, it is now 26th Oct. I am in UK the North of Ireland. Why is my parcel in Ireland last 4 days and how do I get it ???

It shouldn't be a problem since you can track it successfully. I tried to track it on the EMS website but got no result.
