A It’s said that they can only be seen or found before or when the earthquake happens. Some scientists explain that the oarfish is scared when the seismic activities occur under the seabed. Then it swims to the surface of the ocean. When it goes ashore, it is found by humans. That’s why it gains another name “earthquake fish”. I read a report that an oarfish is hooked by a guy in Taiwan this morning. It’s about 5 meters long and weighs more than 60 kilograms. Do you think the oarfish is edible? |
