| Hello! I am currently living in China on a 1 year, multiple entry tourist Visa. I have been here since January 3. A friend, who has been here a long time, is telling me that I need to leave China on January 3, 2013 because I arrived January 3, 2012. But I'm reading my Visa differently. On my Visa it says "Enter before" November 16, 2013. Next it says that my duration of stay is "90 days after entry". My interpretation is that I can stay 90 days after my last entry. So for example, if I go to Hong Kong today, I can stay 90 more days, so long as I don't leave China after my "Enter Before" date. Who's correct, my friend or me? Thanks for any replies! |
