Hello!

I am currently living in China on a 1 year, multiple entry tourist Visa. I have been here since January 3. A friend, who has been here a long time, is telling me that I need to leave China on January 3, 2013 because I arrived January 3, 2012.

But I'm reading my Visa differently.

On my Visa it says "Enter before" November 16, 2013. Next it says that my duration of stay is "90 days after entry". My interpretation is that I can stay 90 days after my last entry. So for example, if I go to Hong Kong today, I can stay 90 more days, so long as I don't leave China after my "Enter Before" date.

Who's correct, my friend or me?
Thanks for any replies!

Hi You got the L muti-entry for 1year right? when is your limitied day of your visa? it donsnt matter with when you arrived.just depend on the period of validity. If the visa will be expired at Jan 3 ,2013 you have to left before this day.
As i know who get the L multy visa just can stay 30days every entry

thanks

Hey - my Visa states "Enter Before November 16, 2013" and my Duration of Stay is "90 days after entry". What does this mean? Thanks!

It means that you should enter China before November 16. After you enter PRC, you can stay for 90 days.
